These bozos are offering courses in how to deal with stress, anxiety, and depression. If you get involved with these clowns you will BE STRESSED, ANXIOUS, and DEPRESSED!!! They will not leave you alone! I have repeatedly requested they leave me alone, and all I get are non-stop telephone calls at all hours, tons of junk mail I never wanted, and unexpected visits at my home. LEAVE ME ALONE! I am getting calls from this no. since last few days, either it is a missed call or if I pick up the phone, nobody speaks from the other side. Why the telephone service providers cannot take any action against this type of callers?

Many people get calls from this number, sometimes twice or three times a day. Upon answering, you may either get a telemarketing pitch or no answer at all. The things they have tried to sell, based on comments from those who have received calls from this number, include free magazines from Best Buy and debt relief. The company has been called "Portfolio Recovery Services", but that is likely not the only name they go by. They are based in Norfolk, VA. Some people who have asked them to stop calling only get calls from a different phone number. These calls occur in some cases up to two or three times a day.

Calls at 3 or 4 in the morning. No one on the line when I answer.

Did not answer it - no message left x caller. Filed incident complaint form at the Do Not Call Registry. Several websites show this a a bogus number.
